On installation, if the program is not found, you will be asked if you would like to load a full version as a trial. Please fill out the support form above and submit for the trials.   Do not load a trial if you already have the program

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  •  You can load an upgrade to both upgrade a previous version and/or install the newest version of a program.

  • Upgrades/Updates will not erase your data. However, if you want to reset your program, you will be given that option when loading. If you start over, then all data will be cleared from the program. 

  • We are here to help! If the link above does not work, please type the link into your web browser.

Windows 10/11 & Anti-Virus Security Issues: 

As Windows updates, we update our programs for compatibility. As such, Windows Security or other Anti-Virus Security programs may flag our program as we perform compatibility "catch-up" updates. TDS programs will not harm your device. 


To Download Programs: 

A. Click on MORE INFO, RUN ANYWAY, and YES.

B. Follow the steps below, if Windows Security gives you a security error. (Example download help images below). 

  • If updating a program: Go into your program and copy/ record the install directory. This is normally on the main screen or in setup (EX: C:\FT2000\). 

  • Click on the 3 dots (...) at the right of the download file. Click on Keep, then Keep Anyway.

  • Exit and close any previous version of the program. Click on the Upgrade Link above to start download.

  • Click on SAVE, click on RUN, click on MORE INFO, click on RUN ANYWAY. A window will pop up. click YES. The installation program will start. 

  • A box will pop up with the language selection. Click on OK for ENGLISH. If you do not see this box, you may need to exit our website and go to the desktop to finish your installation. 

  • You will see the LICENSE AGREEMENT.  Click on YES to accept license and proceed. Click on NEXT at the warning box to have your program closed. Click on NEXT. 

  • The default directory for the program will be displayed (previously copied or recorded this directory information in Step 1). Once you know the directory, enter it and the click NEXT. The program update will start installing to your computer. Click Finish. Go into your program on your computer to finish the installation. 

  • For Trials: The instructions are the same except you will not have a default directory. Just accept the defaults and continue your installation.

PROBLEMS WITH DOWNLOADS:  Due to the changes in Windows, some customers are getting an error when they download. If you get a notice when you click the upgrade button to download such as " this download was blocked because it could harm your device". Click on the "...", then click on "keep". You may get another warning box  that comes up saying 'this app might harm your device". Click on "Show More", then click on "Keep anyway". Then the download should proceed properly.  Depending on your Windows version, you might get the notices indicated above. TDS upgrades will not harm your device.  For more questions, please contact TDS Support.
