HOW DOES IT WORK?
1.Members enter their operators and/or employees’ information in the TDS Simple Human Resource (HR) program (Free for 90 Days!) with the activated Random Drug Testing Consortium membership add-on. The HR entries will be automatically integrated into the consortium for selection.
2.All membership operators and employees entered into the Consortium will be merged into the continuously growing random-selection-database.
3.Random drug testing selections will be pulled daily.
4.The selected operator or employee will be notified via text and/or email. The company of the selected operator/employee is also notified. With this notification, recommended test facilities in the area are provided to the operator/employee.
5.By law, the operator/ employee has 24 hours, after notification, to visit a test facility for drug/ alcohol testing.
6.Each notification if kept on record at TDS Software Solutions LLC.
