This is the privacy policy for TDSSoftwa​reSolutionsLLC.com (hereby referred as the "Site") as regard to information collected and stored by TDS. When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

How do we use your personal information?  We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with an invoice and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: (1) Communicate with you. (2) Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud. (3) When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We use the device information that we collect to help us screen out fraud and unlicensed access to programs, and to send back registration information and serial numbers to customers.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:  TDS does not share your information with third parties.

DATA RETENTION:  When you place an order through the SITE, we will maintain your order information and history of products ordered and shipped for our records unless and until you specifically ask in writing for us to delete this information. Serial numbers released and products registered are kept in our records for technical support. Phone logs of technical support and customer service are maintained under your customer file. Your preferred payment method is retained for technical support auto payments and upgrades. This information is secure and is not shared.

DO NOT TRACK: TDS may use some previous inquiries from you for sales targeting, but your information is not auto tracked or released to any third parties for marketing trends or behavioral advertising.

MINORS:  This SITE is not intended for individuals under age 18, unless authorized by a legitimate customer as an employee.

RELEASE OF INFORMATION: TDS or the SITE, will not release any information to unauthorized users or unregistered contacts. To change the registered license for software, please call TDS Support, or fill out a contact form to be contacted. Fees may apply.

CHANGES:  We may update this privacy policy in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
